Manually setup PostgreSQL instance

nix-shell -p postgresql
export PGDATA=~/db/content
initdb
pg_ctl start
createdb mydb

The PGDATA environment variables describes the home directory for a PostgreSQL instance. It will contain the configuration along with the databases.
